About Us
The Utility Solid Waste Activities Group (USWAG) is proud to sponsor RegulateCoalAshRight.org. Organized in 1978, USWAG is responsible for addressing solid and hazardous waste issues on behalf of the utility industry. USWAG is an association of approximately 110 utilities, utility operating companies, power producers, and energy trade associations. USWAG’s mission is to address the regulation of utility wastes, byproducts and materials in a manner that protects human health and the environment and is consistent with the business needs of its members.
